Drivers CPC Courses

From the 10th September 2009, all lorry drivers (vehicles over 3.5 tonnes) will be required to hold a CPC in addition to their LGV vocational driving licence.

Essex Transport Training (in association with Essex Transport CPC Training) deliver both initial and periodic Driver CPC training. Initial courses are run for new entrants requiring Modules 2 and 4 of the Initial Driver CPC. 

Periodic Driver CPC courses (in association with Essex Transport CPC Training) include: 

customer care and fuel effecient driving (7 hours.)
accident prevention, reporting and basic 1st aid. (7 hours)
ADR packaged goods and Tanks (21 hours)
