Category C+E
Category C+E (Large Articulated Vehicle)
From the 10th September 2009 the minimum age for learning to drive LGV/HGV Category C+E (Large Articulated Vehicle) is 18 years Step 1 - You must already hold a full category C licence, and the counterpart of your driving licence should have a valid provisional entitlement for the C+E.
Step 2 - There are no other requirements other than above. Our LGV/HGV C+E course duration is normally 5 days on road training, with the practical driving test taking place at the end of your course.
